My two year old is constantly making me laugh. Today I was vacuuming and Lily looked inside the vacuum and began to cry. I looked down and saw I had vacuumed up couple of her little foam ABC letters. As she's crying and pointing to the letters she says, "This makes me so sad!" Really? Letters in a vacuum were making her sad. Don't worry, we got the letters out.

She's also been very into "cheers." She wants to "cheers" anytime she has the same thing as someone. Some examples for are "cheersing" crackers, apples, and even her play vacuum with my vacuum. Ha!

Boiler Up!

Bridget and Lily visited their future college for the first time yesterday!! We drove to Purdue to take Uncle Bubba out for lunch. Lily practiced saying, "Boiler Up!" our whole way there. I hadn't been back in 5 years and I couldn't belive how much had changed. There are so many more buildings and restaurants. We went to University Spirit and got Lily a Purdue T-shirt. Pink of course! Then we visited Discount Den to get a pop that used to be 50 cents, but are now 75! On our walk over there, I shed a single tear when I saw that Stacks had turned into a Five Guys!!! Then we traveled over to the Union and saw where Daddy used to work, Pappy's. They had re-done the whole union, too. We walked by Harry's Chocolate Shop. Too bad we couldn't go in. We drove by AGD and Tyler's old apartment. It was great to be back on campus. I for sure want to go back for a football game in the fall.

Not too many posts, because not too much has been going on! Last week the temps were below zero, so we didn't venture out much. Uncle Bubba started the semester at Purdue, so the girls miss seeing him. He did win some Pacer tickets and decided to bring Lily and I. They were in the 4th row right behind the basket! AMAZING! Lily had an absolute blast. She was on the jumbo-tron twice and got to meet Boomer. We tried to get a picture with Boomer, but the second we put her in his arms, she let out a terrified scream. Thanks for taking us Uncle Bubba.
Bridget has enjoyed spending an extra month with Nana and Grandad, while I'm at work. She will begin Trojan Tots in February. She has been all smiles, coos, and laughs!

3 months old!

Hey double chin! These 3 months have FLOWN by. Bridget is such a sweet baby! She rarely fusses and is all smiles and coos. She just lately began to laugh. Aren't baby laughs the best?!?
