Chatard has a group called SERV (Students Encouraging Religious Vocations). Yesterday, there was an all school Mass for priests, brothers, and sisters in our area. After Mass we held a small reception and I was in charge of the food. I picked up Dunkin Donuts on the way to school and let Lily nibble (or devour) one. She helped me bring them into the building and here is the conversation we had.
Lily: "Mom, why are you bringing in our donuts?"
Me: "Because they are for the priests."
Lily: "Mom, tell those priests NOT TO EAT ALL MY DONUTS."
ha! What a nut!

11 Months Old
Do you believe it's September already? I'm still confused where the summer went. Our little Bridgey Bridge turned 11 months old. She has no teeth yet, but is loving any kind of food we give her and likes the taste of whole milk. She is blowing kissing, giving kissing, and kissing herself in the mirror. She has just started to walk a couple of steps while pushing her toys.
This was actually the last picture I look. She was DONE sitting there.

Trojan Tailgate
Lately, our Friday nights have been consumed by BCHS football. The weather has been beautiful and Lily has tons of friends to run around with. At one of the games Lily's preschool got to race across the football field during halftime.
Here they are getting ready to race.
All of the little Trojan Tots.
Bridget hanging out with Uncle Bubba because she isn't quite ready to race.
Hanging out with her friend Abby. Because Lily goes to school at Chatard, lots of the high school kids know her. After the race, Lily was returning to her seat via the track. Some of the girls in the stands were cheering for her and she elegantly waved to all of her fans. She thinks she is a hot shot!
